A full side of beef custom cut to your specifications, from Reich's Meats. You select the different cuts and how you want it packaged. This will fill your freezer for a while. Reiche's Meats has a select few local Ottawa Valley farms that they have hand picked for  their beef products. Knowing how the animals are raised and cared for goes a long way, in guaranteeing the quality and flavour of the meat.
